Anyone that gives this man a negative rating doesn’t understand Coach Gravante or what he’s been through. If you’re not a starter then work hard enough to become one. Coach Gravante sticks his neck out for each player in his program and builds a culture of men that is driven towards success in life first and winning in lacrosse second. It’s a shame they just let him go. Another comment says I’m surprised he was there as long as he was. I am too because the number of times he put his job on the line for a player to stay in school and get his act together after getting in trouble is astonishing. Put some respect on this man’s name. He’s a great man and a great mentor.
